I'm passionate about designing for a better employee and customer experience.
š Hey, Iām Jonathan Stevens and I'm passionate about improving experiences for both customers and employees.
After 5 years of working alongside my parents in the escape room industry, I have acquired a wide set of skills and experiences. Everything from being a successful location manager as 19 to designing, building, and installing cutting-edge escape rooms across the U.S.
As an owner's son, I have learned the ins and outs of what it's like to work in a fast pace, startup-like company. My years in the escape room industry have also grown my passion and experience when it comes to great user experience.
Over the past year, I have worked on growing my knowledge in disciplines such as operations, marketing, customer success, and UX/UI Design. I'm looking forward to creating real value for a growing startup!
If you're looking for someone dedicated to improving customer and employee success, let's talk!

After noticing a local detailer in my area was lacking a website, I decided to create a mock-up website to develop my website design skills and show how important great UX is.

While analyzing a "How did you hear about us" questioner with more than 1000 entries, I noticed an alarmingly low amount of people heard about Paradox through Instagram. I immediately set out to create a strategy to grow our brand exposure on Instagram.

During my time at paradox, I have helped design and build several escape rooms! One of those was Houdini's Spirited Escape for the Winchester Mystery House in San Jose, CA.
